Birkenstock has been a name associated with shoes for over 200 years. Originating from Germany, Birkenstock was launched from the Natural Shoe Store, Covent Gardens. The Natural Shoe Store offered customers quality, comfort footwear. Birkenstock, as a brand, has since gained enormous popularity which has over the years grown to be a mainstream brand with widespread loyalty. The first mail order catalogue was launched in 1994, which was closely followed by the opening of the first dedicated Birkenstock store along Neal Street, Covent Gardens. Birkenstock make the ideal catering footwear which includes clogs which are ideal for kitchen use, with toe caps for added safety and non-slip soles.
