This highly economic Lincat Opus 800 Vortech High Efficiency Natural Gas Fryer OG8115 boasts a highly advanced and innovative design, 97% energy efficiency, lower running costs and a metallic-alloy mesh pre-mix gas burner technology. It also comes with pumped filtration, a residual heat recovery system, fuzzy logic electronic temperature control, removable batter plates, electronic ignition and a wide bore pipe, overall making this fryer extremely user friendly.
