Designed to help showcase foods without the need for an electricity connection, the Parry ambient salad bar is a highly stylish and flexible addition to any buffet service. Supplied with six quarter-size stainless steel gastronorm pans and lids as standard, there’s plenty of space to hold leafy salads, cereals, fruit and other similar self-service items.

Please note: this is an ambient unit and does not feature any refrigeration components. If required, eutectic plates (sold separately) can be fitted to provide a short-term chilling component.
