Powerful and reliable, this Quantum CE 65cm griddle features a smaller sized steel cooking surface perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner services. The heavy duty elements ensure a rapid heat up and an even spread of heat across the wide griddle surface. With two thermostats to control heat each side and removable fat collection drawer, the griddle is incredibly easy to use, clean and maintain.
