An elegant and efficient method for displaying and serving hot food, this Quantum CE Electric Food Warmer will provide equal heating to dishes thanks to the heat elements in the base plate as well as the two heat lamps above. The attached simmerstat gives you complete control over the holding temperature, whilst the fastened sneeze screen prevents contamination from customers as they consider your stock. The base itself can hold three full sized gastronorm pans or your own selection of heat resistant dishes. Supplied flat packed.
