Once you’re done for the day, the whole fryer is easy to clean and maintain. The front-mounted drain tap makes the process even easier – there’s no need for lifting heavy pans of oil – simply put a container underneath and open the tap. The V-shaped pan maximises the oil drained away, leaving it ready for cleaning and refilling.
