Delivery Information

Once we receive your order, we will process and aim to despatch this on the same day providing the order has been completed before 12pm, otherwise it will roll over onto the next days orders. Unless stated on the website, please allow up to 2-3 days for delivery of your order. Equipment may be sent direct from our suppliers, depending on the product.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Our aim is to always have stock available on all the website items. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added.

Standard UK Delivery Service (Next Day)

Free delivery on web orders requires a minimum order value of £125 (ex VAT).

A delivery charge of £6.00 (ex VAT) will be charged for web orders with a value of less than £125 (ex VAT).

Delivery is usually made the next day if you order before 12PM.

Next working day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.

Next working day delivery excludes weekends – please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.

Orders placed after 12PM Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery table below.

Premium Delivery Services

Premium delivery services, such as delivery on a Saturday or next day delivery before 10AM, can be arranged at extra cost – please check the table below.

You should order before 12PM to ensure your premium delivery arrives on time.

We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland.

Delivery in the local and surrounding areas

We offer a delivery service in the local area. We normally deliver once a week in each area for example Stoke one day, Crewe and Nantwich another day, Cheadle the next etc. It does vary week to week what day we go to different areas, so if you do require an item out of our show room to be delivered, please give us a call, or, let us know when you are in our showroom, and we will let you know when it can be delivered.

Direct Delivery Items

Some items such as heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery have an extended delivery time as they are delivery directly from our supplier.

Although most items will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days we cannot guarantee delivery times for these products.

Please contact our call centre if you need to confirm lead times.

Heavy Equipment

Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility.

Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

What to do when your goods arrive

We pack your goods very carefully to prevent damage. On receipt unpack the parcel carefully and check items received against the delivery note please look for any damage to the parcel before you sign the delivery note.

Please note: It is the Purchasers responsibility to inspect the equipment at the time of taking delivery. Should equipment arrive damaged, the delivery note, driver’s paperwork or electronic pad should be endorsed accordingly and the Company notified immediately by phone and must be in sent in writing by e-mail, fax or letter within 48 hours. We will then take the appropriate action.

You have the right to refuse delivery of a damaged item, please inform us immediately by telephone or email if this is the case.

Claims for damage will not be entertained on a clear signature or if signed unexamined, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and shall be bound to make payment therefore on the due date.
