Universal, multi-functional frying pan, made of hand-cast aluminium alloy, which guarantees exceptional durability and resistance to damage. Coated with Lotan® coating that protects against burning and sticking of food and allows frying without the use of fat. Resistance up to 240oC allows to use the pan also in oven.
