As each burner has independent controls, you can easily adjust sections of the griddle plate to different temperatures – perfect for cooking multiple items all at once. You can also set a section at a low enough temperature to gently hold cooked items, keeping them hot and ready for service.

For added flexibility, the barbecue has handy lockable castors and a fold-down shelf, making positioning and set-up easy. Ignition is via a front-mounted button – no taper required. And once you’re all done cooking, the whole unit is easy to clean down, ready for the next use.
