The CB G48P is a high capacity gas rotisserie oven, ideal for demanding commercial kitchens. Mounted on a mobile stand with castors, the unit can be easily positioned wherever it’s needed most. With eight spits, the G48P can cook up to 48 chickens at once, making it exceptional for high demand areas. Hinged glass doors on the front provide excellent product visibility whilst minimising heat loss, helping to reduce energy consumption and overall running costs.

Designed for convenience and versatility, each spit has its own independent motor and controls, allowing for staggered cooking or the preparation of different items simultaneously. whilst supplied with claw spits as standard, the oven can cook a variety of products, from meat joints to vegetables, by using different spit types.
