Cleaning is simple, thanks to robust stainless steel construction and the automatic continuous hood cleaning system. The larger heating element means recovery times are fast, allowing you to clean more dishes in a smaller amount of time. The built in temperature interlock, WRAS approved type A air gap, rinse booster pump and drain pump all add up to making this a great quality, effective warewashing solution.
