The Falcon 350 electric countertop griddle is a powerful, yet precise addition to the commercial kitchen. Featuring a large 540 x 455mm cast iron cooking area, the griddle offers plenty of cooking surface and can easily griddle or shallow fry a variety of foods, such as burgers, vegetables, eggs and other meats. Designed for safety and practicality, the griddle also features a splash guard, removable full width drip tray and an easy-clean stainless steel finish.
