Zones can be boosted to 3kW when time and intense heat is of the essence. The 2/1 GN fan-assisted oven with twin glass-panelled doors has 5 shelf positions and is supplied with two shelves. The unit is supplied on adjustable castors. Supplied in single or three phase versions.
