Part of the medium-duty Dominator range from Falcon, this round-cased boiling pan offers complete control of the boiling process. Enjoy variable control with the gentle simmer or fast-boil settings, while the swivel water entry arm and large drain-off taps allow water to flow effectively in and out of the unit. The lift-off lid also helps to direct steam away from the operator, for additional safety. The boiling pan is ideal for institutions where large volumes of liquid foods are required.
