With drop-in functionality, you can monitor and change the toasting of your bread by changing the conveyor speed rather than the temperature. Take note that this machine is not designed for intermittent use and leaving the machine on for any extended period without bread will raise the internal cavity’s temperature and burn any buns placed in thereafter.
