Ideal for use in hard water areas, the Hobart Ecomax ECOMAX602S pass-through dishwasher features a built-in water softener to reduce limescale and other contaminants which can damage commercial dishwashers over time. Washing performance isn’t compromised – the powerful three-phase operation effectively washes up to 48 500x500mm racks full every hour, ideal for medium sized sites. The washer is simple to use too, thanks to front-mounted controls and a smooth pull-down hood mechanism.
