The wok is just about the most versatile cooking pan there is. It is used most for stir frying, but you can also use it for shallow frying, deep frying and steaming. The long single handle on this flat bottom wok enables you to grip it with one hand, whilst holding your stirring utensil with the other. It is coated with an anti-rust oil and is suitable on both gas and electric cookers.
