The 120cm Matfer Bourgeat Ergonomic Reduction Spatula is specifically designed to reduce fatigue in kitchens where heavy mixing and stirring takes place. Lightweight and with an extended exoglass handle, the spatula enables use in the correct body position, with wrists in line with forearms to reduce the risk of muscular-skeletal disorders.

Heat resistant up to 220°C, the spatula has a reinforced handle for extra strength, allowing use with heavy mixes, as well as hot. The spatula also features an impact absorber at the head of the tool to further reduce noise and vibrations, whilst also protecting bowl rims. Can also be hung up – holder code 111205.
