Note: before using for the first time, immerse the pan in hot water to remove any protective residue, using a brush. Dry the pan and then fry potato peels or slices sprinkled with plenty of salt in oil for a few moments. Discard. Briefly heat the pan again with a little oil, remove and dry with paper. After use, dry the pan with paper or rinse with hot water if necessary. Wash without degreasing agent. Dry and lightly grease.
