Powerful and reliable, this Quantum CE 73cm griddle features a large sized steel cooking surface perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner services. Half the cooking area is ribbed and the other half is flat. The heavy duty elements ensure a rapid heat up and an even spread of heat across the wide griddle surface. With two thermostats to control heat each side and removable fat collection drawer, the griddle is incredibly easy to use, clean and maintain.
