Able to peel a huge 220kg of potatoes every hour, the Sammic has been designed for the most heavy duty of peeling tasks and can accommodate up to 12kg of potatoes per load. The machine is also designed for durability and reliability, traits that can be seen in the food-safe cast iron aluminium alloy construction and highly resistant abrasive interior chamber walls.
