The Williams WBC20 blast chiller provides an impressive 20kg capacity, adding functionality and flexibility to any commercial kitchen. The simple to use, user-friendly panel puts you in charge of the chilling process, while eliminating the hazards of slow cooling.
Williams’ blast chillers can reduce the temperature of hot food from 90°C to 3°C in just 90 minutes, whilst the advanced airflow design ensures uniformity throughout the unit eliminating the risk of dehydration or damage caused by large ice crystals.
Designed to operate efficiently in ambient temperatures up to 43°C, and with its robust stainless steel construction, the WBC20 is made to work as hard as you need it to.
