Winterhalter F420e is an environmentally friendly, liquid alkaline detergent suitable for use in all water hardnesses. It effectively removes all kinds of beverage residues as well as slightly dried-on food, coffee and tea residues. Its highly concentrated formulation ensures excellent dishwashing results by eliminating colouring and tanning agents without producing any odours. Additionally, it is very gentle on glass.

For best results, it’s recommended to use F420e detergent with the specially developed Winterhalter system, which includes the corresponding warewasher, chemistry and water treatment.
