The RFG12 is a powerful gas countertop fryer. For frying fresh or frozen chips, doughnuts, fish, sausages etc. the sturdy basket will comfortably hold a 10″ fish fillet or sausage. For frying doughnuts or larger pieces of fish the simply remove the basket and use with the integral fish plate.
